Blower fans

!±8± Blower fans

Fans use of energy from an engine with an air flow at a certain pressure to produce, and are more often than not pump air at low pressure. A propeller converts torque (turning force) from the motor (typically permanent split capacitor induction motors in AC or brushless DC) to increase static pressure across the impeller and to increase the kinetic energy of air particles.

The fans are propeller, tube axial and vane axial styles classified and each type hasdifferent characteristics. Propeller fans consist of only a motor and propeller, and so are the simplest. Resemble tubular helical axis but has a venturi around the propeller to reduce the vortices. Vane axial fans are equipped with blades to straighten the section behind the propeller of the air flow characteristics of the vortex flow.

The characteristics of flow and pressure are the main differences between a fan and a fan. While fans deliver air in a direction parallel to the general fanSupply fan blade axis perpendicular to the axis of the fan. Therefore, the fans can be configured for a high flow speed, to deliver to provide against low pressure fan at a relatively low capacity for high blood pressure. Centrifugal fans can be of a squirrel cage, bicycle wheel forward or backward curved blades

Another important difference is the mechanism to limit the airflow. In a fan, has an opposite effect on the samemotor driving a fan blade. This reduces the load on the engine when the engine drives a cage fan. Since the system clogged the fan speed. On the other hand, slows down the load increases the motor and the fan itself as the system air flow blocked by the fan blades.
